Rivervale Primary School’s NLB performance (8th April 2014)

This year, Rivervale Primary School had the honour of being invited to perform in the National Library Board (NLB). And we took the opportunity to educate the young minds about our National Anthem and why we sing it every morning in schools.

Shell Singapore Youth Science Festival (SSYSF) 2014

This year, the two teams that I’ve sent for SSYSF 2014 were from Teck Whye Primary School and Rivervale Primary School. And I was (or rather am still) very proud of the two schools for making it to the top 8 schools to be in the finals. On top of that, the two schools went on to win the Merit Awards. And out of the 6 top performers awarded, 3 were from the two schools.

So here is a summary of what the two schools won;

Rivervale Primary School won Merit Award and two Best Performer Awards.

Teck Whye Primary School won Merit Award and one Best Performer Award.

Congratulations to both schools!
